Ever imagined a punk rock Mozart piece? Or what if the moonlight sonata was played in a disco style? Well imagine no more, our project Musical Neural Style Transfer, allows you to hear these wild and interesting combinations. We made use of machine learning and computer vision to create a simple style transfer program that transfers the neural style of a piece of music to another piece of music. We made use of the spectrograms of the style and content video to match the “style” of the content audio to the style audio. We got some interesting results and even though they are not very high quality, they present an exciting opportunity for expansion in the future
